Ranita is a dedicated professional with a wealth of clinical experience specializing in women's issues, children, couples, and groups. Her therapeutic approach prioritizes addressing a wide range of challenges, including relationship issues, grief, anxiety, depression, PTSD, co-dependency, parenting skills, self-esteem, boundaries, and self-confidence. Through her expertise, Ranita not only helps individuals navigate obstacles but also empowers them to unlock their full potential and find joy in life by overcoming various hindrances.

 

Ranita believes in taking a holistic approach to therapy, considering various aspects of an individual’s life, such as health, sleep patterns, spirituality, and relationship dynamics. Her strengths lie in using Reality Therapy to empower her clients by giving them the option to choose new things for themselves, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to change maladaptive thoughts, and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) which improves the emotional well-being of clientele.

 

By employing a mix of compassion, expertise, and a deep understanding of her clients' needs, she ensures they receive the best possible support. Through these approaches, she aims to provide comprehensive and effective assistance, guiding them through challenges and ultimately enhancing their overall well-being. Genuine care and commitment shine through in her work, making her a valuable resource for those seeking positive change and growth.

Ranita is currently a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (#IMH26040) in the state of Florida and plans to obtain clinical licensure.
